Technical Specifications and Structural Performance

Our steel frame homes are built using cold-formed galvanized steel profiles that provide high strength-to-weight ratios and excellent structural performance.

These building systems are part of complete steel frame homes solutions developed for strong, efficient, and high-performance residential construction, combining precise technical engineering, durable structural components, and long-term housing reliability.

1- Customer’s responsibilities:

• Heating and cooling systems
• Water heaters and boilers
• Outer connections for electricity and plumbing
• Obtaining all legal permits
• Customs clearance and taxes in country of destination
• Transportation from factory to final destination
• Any electric, plumbing works outside borders of the buildings (including water tanks and main site networks)
• Concrete slab according to the plan provided by the company
• Screed layer
• Crane, forklift, scaffolding, assembling tools
• Securing the goods at the site from theft and inside closed area to protect them from weather conditions
• Earthing and grounding
• Electricity at the worksite
• Clear out the assembly area after work is completed
• Preparation of assembling site before products arrive to the port at the country of destination

• External and internal cladding materials

INTERNAL WALLS

Produced from galvanized components that are bent and joined together without welding, by means of bolts and nuts.

• Thickness of wall steel frame is 80 mm
• Exterior Cladding: Two layers of White gypsum board thickness 12.5 mm
• Interior Cladding: Two layers of White gypsum board thickness 12.5 mm.
• Height is 300 cm
• Insulation Material: Mineralwool 8 cm thickness

EXTERNAL WALL

Produced from galvanized components that are bent and joined together without welding, by means of bolts and nuts.

• Thickness of wall steel frame is 140 mm
• Exterior Cladding: 11 mm thickness OSB board + Vapour barrier + 10 mm cement board
• Interior Cladding: Two layers of White gypsum board . For wet areas green gypsum board is used.
• Height is 300 cm
• Insulation Material: Mineralwool 13 cm thickness

CEILING

• 12,5 mm Gypsum board
• Wet areas covering: Green gypsum board
• Insulation: 80 mm mineralwool

Doors

• Exterior Door: 160x200 / 100x200 Aluminum or steel doors
• Interior Doors : 90x200 laminated doors.

Windows

• Type: PVC windows (TSE certified)

METAL CHASSIS BETWEEN FLOORS

• Structure: formed by means of seamless technology through use of special cold roll formed galvanized steel profiles
• Covering: 16 mm thickness cement boards
• Insulation: 80 mm thickness of mineralwool

PAINT

• External metal parts are painted double layer coating and with double layer synthetic oil paint. External cement boards panels surfaces are painted with acrylic paint. For external wall mastic is applied on the jointing areas.
• The interior cement board surfaces and ceiling gypsum boards are painted with plastic paint. TSE certified painting products are used in our buildings

CERAMIC TILES

• For main floors and toilet floors 50x50 or 60x60 mat tiles.
• For toilet walls 30x60 cm tiles
