Prefabex successfully completed the manufacturing and export of a large-scale modular container project to Ivory Coast, delivering a total of 215 modular units designed to support multiple project sites across the country.
The project included 120 flat pack containers and 95 demountable panel cabins, engineered and manufactured to provide complete facilities for workforce and operational needs. The units were distributed across several locations and used as worker and staff accommodation, canteens, sanitary facilities, and office spaces.
Each unit was delivered as a ready-to-use solution, equipped with the required electrical and plumbing installations to ensure fast deployment and immediate operation on site. In addition, Prefabex supplied the units with complete furniture and interior fit-out, including beds, wardrobes, office desks, chairs, storage cabinets, and all essential furnishing items required for daily use in accommodation, office, dining, and service areas.
This complete delivery approach helped the client reduce construction time, simplify logistics, and establish fully functional facilities across different project areas with speed and efficiency.
With extensive experience in Africa, Prefabex continues to deliver reliable modular building solutions for demanding environments and large-scale developments. The company manufactures and ships hundreds of modular units every year, supporting projects in workforce housing, site offices, sanitary buildings, dining facilities, and complete camp infrastructure.
This project highlights Prefabex’s global capability to design, manufacture, furnish, export, and deliver high-volume modular building solutions for international projects, government developments, industrial operations, construction sites, and remote workforce camps around the world.
