Modular Office & Accommodation Containers Ivory Coast

As part of its growing footprint across Africa, Prefabex successfully delivered a high-performance modular building project in Ivory Coast, combining speed, flexibility, and smart design. This turnkey solution was developed using 32 prefabricated container modules, manufactured off-site and shipped directly to the project location for rapid installation.

The structure is a two-story building with a clear functional division: the ground floor was designed to provide comfortable and efficient accommodation units, while the second floor was built to house fully equipped office spaces. All modules were pre-integrated with electrical and plumbing systems, allowing for smooth and efficient on-site assembly with minimal disruption.

Thanks to precise planning and modular construction efficiency, the building was fully erected and operational in just four weeks after arrival on-site.
