Prefabex announces the opening of its new manufacturing facility in Syria, bringing international expertise, advanced production technology, and modern modular construction solutions to support the country’s next stage of development and reconstruction.

With years of global experience in prefabricated buildings, modular containers, workforce camps, social housing, schools, offices, hospitals, hotels, resorts, and site facilities, Prefabex is now expanding its manufacturing capabilities into Syria through a fully equipped production facility designed to serve large-scale projects with speed, quality, and reliability.

The new factory is considered the first of its kind in Syria for this category of advanced modular and prefabricated products. Built to meet the growing demand for fast, durable, and cost-effective building solutions, the facility includes a 4,000 m² closed production hall and a 15,000 m² open production and logistics area, allowing Prefabex to handle high-volume manufacturing, project preparation, storage, and rapid dispatch.
